What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I have to think of a beautiful piece of software that every professional in this business must have. I have seen that you can save a lot of time on administrative work, so that you create more time to do your core business; bringing employers and employees together! Because I have worked in the recruitment business for a long time, I know that there are many daily processes that take up a lot of time. They stop you from contacting your clients, candidates or colleagues. And the good thing is, OTYS takes over many of these things! Then you can go and sell!

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
Because I would never want to work for an organization where you have to stay and think within your own "borders", due to the ruling hierarchy. At OTYS you get stimulated to be innovative and entrepreneurial, and to follow the whole process with one client. What is happening within your organization, and how do we match OTYS to that? Every day is a new challenge. You are constantly being tested on your skills and knowledge of the software. For me, this is a very important subject for motivation, this way you never stop developing your own personal development and you stay focused on your services. Also the colleagues at OTYS give a nice and honest working environment, which I can describe as "work hard, play hard". I see OTYS as a wonderful product that already convinced many, and where the growth curve will only increase. That also means growth in quality and offering more workshops. It is this growth that I would like to contribute to. But then again, who wouldn't want to be a part of that?

What do colleagues say about you?
Oh no... Within a few weeks they already discovered my three nicknames; "annoying, sharp and stubborn". But, dear colleagues; I really do mean it well!

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
To tell me that I can finally use the Lonely Planet Magazines of Argentina and Australia. They are somewhere in a big pile of well-used travel guides, these two countries have to be next in the visiting list. But, I will also wake up if you would tell me that I can go to New York again, not a problem at all!

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
OTYS is a progressive enterprise which makes advanced and innovative concepts in an accessible way for its current and new customers. OTYS offers enterprises the tools to have the process run as optimal and automated as possible, so they can work on their core business.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
I want an entrepreneur to be able to do what he/she is good at, to know: entrepreneurship. This is both for OTYS’ customers as for the internal employees.

Why do you work at OTYS?
I work at OTYS because it is a dynamic, growing and innovative company with a no-nonsense mentality. OTYS offers its customers the tools to have the process run as efficiently and controllable as possible. Furthermore, OTYS provides them with all high tech solutions where one could think of, so every entrepreneur can divers in the field of service and relation management.

What do colleagues say about you?
People think of me as professional, determined, accessible, and coaching minded. People often tell me I am a warm personality, and always know to realise successes because of the win-win mentality. Sometimes it is difficult for people to measure me, because I like relaxing and fun, but not in the cost of results, service and focus.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
In case of need, always! But you can better leave me to rest, so I can be at my best in the morning.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
For me, OTYS is a company where people’s drive is enormous, something what makes OTYS strong in its market. Under “better well stolen…” the whole is greater than just the sum of its parts. The mutual cooperation and customer focus make our software more valuable for our clients. The actual answer to this question isn’t easier to explain than resuming it the the Walk’Inn Friday. On that day, OTYS is itself as it is.

Why do you work for OTYS?
At OTYS I get the opportunity to not only go to my work to work and go back home afterwards. OTYS offers me to be involved in being the greatest, the best and most progressive. We have an amazing team, beautiful product and an inquisitive and self-conscious organization. With OTYS I found a place where people share my dedication and where everybody outshines in their own specialism. I am deeply involved in making beautiful things and beautiful applications.

What are your challenges?
The innovative characteristics of clients, colleagues and the market all come together to custom work and new developments. My challenge is finding the balance between the new and the existent, enthusiasm and peace and in direction the developers towards the client’s goal. Of course as an ICT-er I want to make good stuff as well.

What do colleagues say about you?
I could say that you should ask them of course, but I’ll make an educated guess. I think people see me as ambitious, driven and quite cosy. Furthermore I think it’s pretty obvious that I like to organize things and people and that I form above mentioned challenges.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
Respect for the one who can wake me up in the middle of the night.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I am always thinking of OTYS, every day, every week, 24 hours a day! When you think of OTYS so much, it is hard to remember how it is not thinking about OTYS. But when I think of OTYS, I see possibilities. For my clients and for my colleagues. Possibilities to improve, to change, to discover and to invent. But then I am really proud of what other people in our company have added to OTYS, but I also critical about things that should go better.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges? (In your case: why did you start OTYS?)
For the first reason, I started OTYS because I had some trouble with the directing roll. So on a personal level a big step forward. Someone would never tell me what to do without any explanation. The second reason is, to build up a company together with friends so we could be ourselves, and because of that, become successful. Third, to provide small Recruitment Agencies with technology which before only large companies could afford. To really change something, to come up with a solution what would appeal to the big amount of smaller Recruitment Agencies.

What do colleagues say about you?
I don't know if there are negative things which they would want to discuss, I never here those. But I think that they see me as a very driven, honest person that does not beat around the bush. I hope that they also see a little bit of my "other side", which really loves music, poetry and art. But it is harder than I thought, showing everyone the whole picture. Especially people who are quite new here at OTYS, I think they have a bit of a distorted image of me. The cause of that is usually just their boundary that arises from my spot in the organization. Not that I do not try to take those boundaries away, I do. But even when I say that I do not take criticism personally, the number of times I have been confronted is nil.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
A client in need! Followed by a great bottle of Single Malt Scotch when the problem is solved. It does happen sometimes, when I am abroad (USA) with a big time difference, that a client calls me with a question or a problem and it doesn't cross their mind that I was asleep. I will just go and help them and sit behind the computer for an hour. And then when you say that you are going back to bed, they can't stop apologize. I just answer with: "if I didn't want to receive any calls, I would've turned off my telephone".

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I think of an organisation with very much talent, dedication and a lot of knowledge of the market in which it is active. Furthermore I think of a piece of genius software which can be used to fulfill some of a recruiter’s needs, but which can also be much more extended with a wide range of functionalities. When thinking of OTYS, I think of a company which makes the live of a recruiter much more pleasant and easier.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
The business of a consultant/trainer is magnificent. Together with my colleagues and customers I want to invent creative solutions. I also want to pleasantly surprise customers with quick, accessible and personal advices and service. The world of recruitment is new to me (I have been working in the telecom sector), and all those things combined ensure that I want to keep on learning and developing.

Why do you work at OTYS?
The matter and innovative web concepts and intelligible database functionalities appeal to me and I find it challenging. OTYS is ahead in those developments and I want to be a part of that. Besides we work on behalf of a turbulent and dynamic market, and that guarantees versatility and variation.

What do colleagues say about you?
That I have a voice with which I should work for the radio (or that I should record cartoons :-) )

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
First of all you may wake me to make some terrible noise together. And if it is not to make music, then drop me in front of a mountain and I’ll climb it!

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
When I think of OTYS, I think about innovation and walking in front in recruitment technology. The drive and passion with which innovations are carried through here, combined with adapting to market needs is a beautiful thing to witness. In this way you are always a step before your competitors. Besides is the involvement between customers and employees really something that appeals me. Everybody who works with OTYS is genuinely involved. OTYS is not ‘just’ a supplier but a real partner who adds something so the company can rise to higher level.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
There are still so many opportunities to which OTYS can adapt, market where we haven’t really settled yet. There lays a real challenge for me to change that.

Why do you work for OTYS?
I work for OTYS, because the product appeals to me. I genuinely believe this product can help a company advance. It is not old-school sales, there’s a lot more to it. You’re having a conversation with a customer because you want OTYS to be of assistance to their business. It’s not simply selling your product and never looking at that customer again, but to be in conversation on a strategic level and let them experience the value of OTYS.

What do colleagues say about you?
I think they say about me that I’m involved and a hard worker.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
I don’t think it’s a wise thing to wake me up, but if you really have to, than please let it be a glass of good wine.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
When I think of OTYS, I think of customer focus, innovativeness, progression, and an amazing atmosphere.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
At OTYS I am given the opportunity to develop myself in my personal growth.

Why do you work at OTYS?
I am here to bring in hospitality in the IT-world (laughing). Furthermore, I work for OTYS, because the employees are granted the freedom and trust to undertake themselves.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
One big adventure. As for me (after working eight years at my former employer) as for the phase OTYS is in right now. If you ask me, OTYS is a unique product and finds herself still at the beginning of wonderful things. It is an honour to contribute to that.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
Because OTYS is a fun, young and dynamic organization with a unique product. It does feel a bit like "conquering the world". At OTYS there are ambitious and driven people who want to make it a big success. Besides that, we have the Academy which is our own part within the OTYS-organization.
OTYS has grown a lot the past years, and I hope this growth will get stronger every year. It is a challenge to make this actually happen and continuously guarantee the high quality we stand for. The workshops of the OTYS Academy will contribute to this challenge.

What do colleagues say about you?
Why? Who says something about me? It are lies... all lies!

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
A trip to Australia and New Zealand! Those countries are fantastic: a nice climate, beautiful nature and very kind people.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I think of an ambitious organization, where everybody is prepared to work a bit harder when that is needed. Besides the fact that we work had, time for some fun and a drink is always possible from time to time.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
At OTYS I found a great opportunity to realize my ambitions. I wanted to work as an assistant controller , this opportunity passed by and I seized it. The best thing about it is that I’m involved in the entire financial track. Besides the financial side, I have plenty challenges to map the internal processes and procedures and to improve them if needed. At OTYS I find enough challenges and learning points to develop myself in the business as controller!

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
If you’ve already succeeded to wake me up, then only for something important what can’t wait. Or for something really amazing.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
It is a pleasant and professional company, where one truly can develop itself. Furthermore we work in a close team where we work very tight together with other department teams. This gives OTYS the opportunity to respond very quickly at customer problems.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
In OTYS I see challenges within the implementation standards HTML & CSS. You can invent and adjust standard solutions which make it easier for customers to use certain website-options. Of course it’s also nice to invent or implement new innovative solutions which make using OTYS easier and more interesting.

Why do you work for OTYS?
I work at OTYS because here I get the opportunity to develop myself in building within HTML & CSS. We are looking for possible new solutions on a daily basis to improve the implementation.

What do colleagues say about you?
I think my colleagues see a positive person who likes to help people out, support them and who is ready to oblige when it is needed.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
For a terrific holiday to Spain, where I can enjoy the lovely sun.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I think of a fast-growing company with a terrific organization and management through which the customer truly is the king. Everything will be used to give OTYS all the newest technical applications which offers the customer a wide scale of possibilities, something which can make a difference between you and your competitor.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
My personal challenge in to grow in my position and in that way better serve customers and colleagues. Besides we try to maintain the customer satisfaction together in our department. We also try to respond as quickly as possible to the newest technologies. In combination with a good dose of humor or the floor, it makes us a close and very divers team that can fix the most difficult problems to a success. That is why I enjoy working at OTYS!

What do colleagues say about you?
Helpful and most of all kind colleague who is always reading to help others at the moments they need it the hardest and somebody who is always in for some fun. Furthermore of course the workhorse of our incredible implementation department with the coolest people I’ve ever met. Here some qualities which my colleagues have said: determined, diligent, energetic and widely interested.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
That’s almost impossible! But if you pull it off, it would be for a good portion of snacks and some good gaming. I’m also at my most creative at night, so for good idea’s it would be the best time.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
The first thing that comes up is Jorrit. He is of course Mr. OTYS himself. I witnessed the founding of OTYS close by: I can still remember when the name YourIT was made up.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
I was asked! And I still go to work with a smile. That is one a good reason to work at OTYS! Something else that I like about my work is that most clients have a great sense of humour. Between all the problems I do have some fun phone calls.
My challenge is to learn the deepest secrets of the system so that I can always give a correct answer to the clients. But due to the fast developments of the OTYS system, this is not a piece of cake!

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I think of the fact that I really do have a great job at a great company! With very fun colleagues, fun fun fun!

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
Next to my job at the reception desk I also do administrative work and I support my colleagues. It is a challenge for me to do my work perfectly so that my colleagues and clients can't do without me! I am very lucky with this job because it is only a five minute bike ride to work!

What do colleagues say about you?
There must be a reason why I sit at the reception desk all by my self...

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
The one who thinks it's necessary to wake me in the middle of the night, should bring me a lot of French fries with mayonnaise!

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
OTYS is a fast growing organization where all the employees want to work hard. And everybody looks in the same direction!

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
OTYS is a fast growing company and it is fantastic that I can contribute to it. I want some challenge in the work that i do, and I do have that here are OTYS. It is really appreciated to come up with ideas and initiatives. Based on the questions we get from our clients, we can provide OTYS with some solutions and points to improve. The Customer Support Line is a very important department within the organization. With our tasks and initiatives we can bring the "Support" and the products to a higher level.

What do colleagues say about you?
A cheerful guy who wants to work hard. Sometimes a big mouth but a small heart. And always a person who likes having people around him.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
Having fun with friends and a very nice meal!

Rokia is our power concerning maintaining and cleaning our office. Since 2010 she has a permanent employment and officially baptized to be our colleague. Before, Rokia had been seconded. Because of her loyalty and good fellowship, for 100% she is of value to our OTYS team.

How nice is it when you walk into a clean office every morning? People sometimes forget…! Besides Rokia ensures a clean and shiny building every day, she is also the one who brings a smile on OTYS’ late workers. She is always interested in her colleagues, and very cheerful. She also likes to give many compliments. After an exciting and busy day, she is the one who takes some time to say: “You hair looks really nice!” Every woman loves to hear something so nice, even if it wouldn’t be the case…”

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
When I think of OTYS words like young, quick and progressive rise. It is a team with many young people who all want OTYS to remain successful. A quick company which doesn’t stop expanding, but also a company that thinks with its customers. I also think of responsibility. At OTYS you get a lot of responsibility and by that you really get the feeling you add something to the company’s expand.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
OTYS has a very strong team, there is no difference between the different departments and everybody has its own share. Everybody is prepared to help one another and that’s how you learn, every day over and over again. That’s why my challenge is to keep on learning and growing because of that. Next to this I study Marketing and Communication, where I’m also doing Marketing all day long. However, on the floor it is really different. I learn new things every time again here. Besides I am busy to let it all run smoothly at OTYS’ marketing department together with my other marketing colleagues. Here we form a real team, because we all want to achieve the same.

What do colleagues say about you?
To exactly find out what they say will never happen I guess, but I hope they say I’m a hard worker, with whom you can also laugh.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
A really delicious chocolate brownie from London, or a trip to London of course, so I can get the brownie myself ;-)

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I am a Sales Manager, so I think of "no limits" and "endless ambition". OTYS is not a traditional automation company. With OTYS we can actually change the market. Offering a real customer support, not only thinking along. OTYS is unique!

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
In The Netherlands you could not experience the things that are happening and are still going to happen at a better company than OTYS. We are just starting. There is a big variety in clients, in The Netherlands as well as in Belgium. More and more clients are looking for a custom made system. So a lot of variation and challenges! My own challenge is to prove that OTYS is the best seller of Recruiting Technology.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
When I think of OTYS, I think of a company with nice colleagues who work hard, but also like conviviality. OTYS is a fast growing organization where much work is to be done.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
My challenge at OTYS is to help and support customers and colleagues the best I can. I want to be of added value for the company. I do this by executing more tasks than just the reception, such as administrative matters.

Why do you work at OTYS?
I work at OTYS, because I see possibilities to learn, grow and gain more work experience. I am studying Human Resource Management and this job perfectly correlates with my study. Furthermore I have flexible working hours and OTYS keeps the fact in mind that I’m still studying.

I think (and hope) my colleagues say I am a kind and helpful colleague who accurately and neatly works.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
I rather have people not waking me, but if you bring along some chocolate, you may!

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I am not thinking of elevators anymore, but of an excellent company with endless possibilities. High-quality software services and a great employer.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
OTYS is not only a growing company, it also works on the development of the labour market. OTYS people are motivated and have a certain "love" for the company, a team where I totally fit in. "Endless" is a term which can be applied here as well; endless fun and endless challenges where you can work on. At this moment, my challenge is to bring the Marketing at this company to a higher level. My own challenge is to grow in an international operating organization.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I have to think of a serious partner and supplier which is, and stays, far ahead of his competitors. Of all, OTYS knows best that the E-recruitment world is not only about offering a piece of software. OTYS positions herself as a social platform and a think tank where clients can walk in anytime. New ideas come into existence from our clients requests. OTYS is an organization where you, as a client, can come up with ideas and remarks where someone is actually going to listen to. Also, the software has expanded over the passed years and is co-developed by signals from the market. The client is the practical expert, they know what is going on and what is needed. The fact that OTYS adapts to these signals makes this company so special.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
There is a lot of potential here at OTYS and I would like to help and increase the growth of the company. When you think of growth there is also a professional side to it. My challenge is to also increase and contribute to this!

What do colleagues say about you?
That I handle things fast and that I am capable of succeeding changes in a short notice. Maybe a pain in the ass, direct and a hard worker?!

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
A bottle of champagne, a box of oysters together with good company. For the rest, family and friends can always wake me up if there is something that can't wait until the next morning.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I think of a nice, young group of people who all have the same drive: “Make our customers happy.” I also think of innovation and growth, OTYS is the company which is ahead of its competitors regarding innovation in the field of recruitment, and is unique in that matter.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
OTYS currently is market leader, and I would love to ensure for an ever bigger market share in the Netherlands, together with my colleagues.

Why do you work at OTYS?
In all aspects OTYS is unique and progressive, and that can also be noticed in the internal organization. There is a pleasant and collegial atmosphere where I feel at home. Besides I feel that I can be of added value with my experience in Sales and in the sector. Together with colleagues we can even better set OTYS in the market, and therefore be of better service in the recruitment sector.

Is always in for conviviality and fun, but is also a hard working professional and knows the business well.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
For a good conversation with a good glass of red wine. But I rather only have the wine!!!

A great company with fun colleagues where I fit in perfectly.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
In comparison to my former job a lot of things happen here. At OTYS you get involved in everything and you can plan and divide your time in ways that suits you best. Also thinking along with specific processes is really appreciated. My challenge, that the administration is arranged perfectly.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
When I think of OTYS, I think of an organization where people continuously work on development and sales of top of the range recruitment products. And an organization which is always in line with the newest trends in the field of internet technology, software, recruitment and social media.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
When you work at OTYS, you get in touch with interesting customers. You may converse with companies which, by means of the OTYS solutions, want to optimize their processes. At OTYS every day is different. The pleasure I have in working at OTYS is created by a mix of parts which appeal to me in practicing my profession as Senior Account Manager. Some of these are: development, renewing, variation and internationalization.

Why do you work for OTYS?
Within OTYS there is a lot of space for personal share and creativity. This grants me the opportunity to utilize my strengths and to help along in realizing OTYS’ organization objectives. Innovation, automation, growth, customer focus and internationalization. This ultimately causes a win-win situation: first of all for the customer, secondly for OTYS and last but not least for me personally. The OTYS values and solutions which we offer our customers, are the ingredients for a job for which I really want to go for.

What do colleagues say about you?
In general they will probably see me as a perfectionist and goal achiever. My colleagues, where mostly I work with, will know that I’m a team player and hedonist.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
A trip to Sri Lanka.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I think of an amazing program which can lighten the workload within the recruitment sector. In my past work I have experienced other software and I have to say I would honestly grant OTYS to my ex-colleagues. I also immediately think of my new colleagues at OTYS, a very motivated group with people who genuinely want to make a difference and work very hard to do so.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
For me, OTYS is innovation and service. From the moment I can help customers with improving their processes, I will keep on growing as a consultant and trainer, and I will have more than enough challenges for the next few years. For customers I do my best to be of added value by indicating new possibilities, and to think along about it.

Why do you work at OTYS?
Because at OTYS we are working to improve our product- and service level on a daily basis. Each new customer is seen as a partner which has to be serviced optimally, and because of that new products are continuously invented and developed. Therefore we are ahead concerning knowledge and service. So a lot is expected of your empathy and solution power. I would not want it differently.

What do colleagues say about you?
Cheerful, enthusiastic, inquisitive and a bit sharp probably…

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
A cappuccino and a fresh Cornetto (con la crema) at La Tazza d’Oro in Rome!

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
With OTYS I think of commitment with the client. Thinking along with the clients without losing the OTYS Recruiting Technology vision. With that I think of colleagues who go to work with a smile and show great willingness towards our clients.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
"I work at OTYS because I was searching for a job with big Sales challenges and variation in tasks. Once working at OTYS I knew immediately that she is market leader in her branch. That suits me well." But Martijn's love of travel hasn't been satisfied yet. His challenge at OTYS is to grow on from a sales manager to an international sales manager. "This is definitely possible. The trust that OTYS emanates in her employees is huge. That, combined with the big international growth, is a fantastic challenge to grow on and develop yourself.

What do colleagues say about you?
I sometimes hear them say "the humour can not be forgotten in the early morning...". But also my help and support towards my colleagues is appreciated.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
I am at my brightest in the morning. But not when I have just woken up...

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
When I think of OTYS, I think of a company which always wants to improve, which always wants to innovate. She’s a company where everything is possible, as long as there is an underlying purpose to improve OTYS. Furthermore when I think of OTYS, I think of successfully finishing my studies. She’s an internship company which offers me possibilities, also after my graduation.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
My challenge at OTYS is to provide this company with multimedia elements, like graphics and videos. The combination of text, image and sound form a powerful means. It is not easy to use this as a communication means. Transmitting the message to the video watchers is for me a challenge at OTYS.

I work at OTYS because they grant me the opportunity to develop myself. OTYS first gave me the opportunity to graduate with a research for Social Media and the use of multimedia, now it is my change to do something in return and produce some good products which fit OTYS.

Of course you never know what people say about you when you’re not around, but I think they see me as a nice, lovable, enthusiastic and cozy colleague. I’m probably also known as the video-girl, because I regularly walk around with my camera and want to make a movie star out of everybody, haha!

Friends can always wake me when something is up, I’ll be ready for them, no matter what. Something which makes me really happy is the announcement that the sun is shining and I may enjoy it the entire day.

What do you think of when you think of OTYS?
I think of a progressive organisation which has grown by listening to her customer’s wishes, and because of that develops the right products. OTYS ensures that the customer can do its work, and for other matters to run as smoothly as possible.

What are your challenges at OTYS?
My challenge is to help in structuring the organisation more, so everybody can do his/her job properly, and we can offer the customer optimal service. Sometimes this can be achieved by small businesses. That is why I see challenges in my position as Sales Support, in which I assist the Sales department.

Why do you work at OTYS?
I see a great challenge to further extend the office sales force and to professionalise, so this can become a central role in the organisation. At this place I am at my best: organising, unburden, structure, etcetera.

They will probably say I am a spontaneous and cheerful person who loves to work being an oracle and supporter. But they’ll surely also say that I am a busybody… I love humour, and coffee on the work floor.

Versatility. My colleagues and me not only build extremely wide range websites, the total software pack offers the client a one-stop-shop for everything that a recruiter needs to have in this century.

It gives me an environment where a nice group of young professionals all work together to offer a versatile product. Where the variety of work and looking around for new technologies gives a fresh company spirit. Where appreciation and trust are divided by a strong team spirit with a big individual responsibility. I think they see me as a half-consultant, who would love to learn more about a lot more subjects. Within this, the graphic knowledge is unique here at OTYS. Always listening when someone needs to talk, wants to help everybody. Too bad there are just so little working hours in a week!

A big plate of good sushi and a living room concert of one of my favourite bands. The thing that can keep me up all night is a fun LAN-party!

Setting up staff departments to support the company is my challenge. To do so, I want to realize more structure, but also ensure we can remain flexible and dynamic.

She likes to advice her customers on the extended possibilities of the OTYS system. What are your challenges at OTYS?
It will always stay a challenge to bring each track to a success, where the customer can use the newest features which are available in this market. Besides it is for me a challenge to work on producing new products with which our customers will be entirely up-to-date in the future.

Working each day in a young, hard working and inquisitive team, makes me want to perform at my best, every day again. OTYS gives me the possibility to grow in managing projects. Furthermore it gives me a good feeling every day over again, to make a customer happy by making a new website.

When I think of OTYS, I think of possibilities, growth, a blank page ready to be written! I think of dear colleagues, a pleasant working environment, fanatic employees and a big "love" for the company.

Why do you work for OTYS and what are your challenges?
The companyculture appeals to me, very much. No hierarchy and everybody is open for a good idea. "Love" for the company, a positive mentality, driven, stubborn and loyalty. These are the key words which represent both me and OTYS. The growth that OTYS is going through matches my own personal (career) growth. My challenge is to set a good marketing engine to bring OTYS under the attention. And when we did that in The Netherlands, let's go international!

Sometimes I have very dumb remarks. That is always a thing to laugh about. And they say that I always break stuff, this is already my third computer... But, I am happy to hear that they also say that I have a strong mentality!

What are your challenges at OTYS?
I would like to use my passion for recruitment, technology and social media to make a recruiter's life easier. Social media and recruitment go hand in hand. Networks, search, sourcing and selection must be supported by the information system, whereby many processes are automated by workflow management. OTYS does not only, but also is thinking ahead. This means that every time new challenges will come. This makes working at OTYS great!

Why do you work at OTYS?
Part of a rapidly growing organization is that the company is constantly evolving. Such a company has to be flexibile and has to have a solid structure for securing knowledge and information management. With my teaching background combined with my knowledge of IT business, I like to continue to shape this. This includes developing training courses (social media workshops, e-recruitment and workshops) for recruiters.

I think they will think I’m someone who likes (too) many subjects and put everything on Twitter. And someone who likes a dance party.

For what can we wake you up in the middle of the night?
For an outdoor festival, dancing, good conversation in a pub with a special beer, but also a helping hand or ... sleep is so overrated!
